The Pool-Side Retreat features the entire first floor level with a split plan - an over-sized bedroom with 2 twin over full bunks plus 2 queen-size bedrooms. There is an additional pull out sofa in the family room. New kitchen with new Granite countertops, new cabinets and new paint throughout the unit along with a new air conditioning system put luxury at the forefront. You also will enjoy the incredible, unimpeded views to the beach along with a pool-side atmosphere. Your private deck right off the pool has a seating area and it's own BBQ grill. Dishes, pots, pans, linens and towels are all provided - just bring whatever food & drinks your heart desires! Closet space is plentiful in our home as well. Other amenities to perfect your stay include: Indoor laundry closet with new, full-size washer and dryer, Wireless Internet service, cable on a 55-inch high definition LED flat screen TV, open lanai and patio and a third floor balcony make enjoying the sunsets of Anna Maria Island an incredible experience.

The Pool-Side Retreat is the independent first floor of the home, while the second floor can be rented separately through the Gulf-View Retreat listing (http://www.vrbo.com/557191 or vrbo #557191). Both floors can be combined for family retreats or multiple family vacations if you contact us! There are some 'common' areas such as the pool, yard, fire-pit and 3rd story 'Crow's Nest' deck. However, each unit is a completely self-sustaining, independent unit with its own BBQ, patio furniture and entry ways.
