The Gulf-View Retreat offers everything you need for your Gulf Coast vacation rental stay: close to the beach along with incredible, unimpeded views! Dishes, pots, pans, linens and towels are all provided - just bring whatever food & drinks your heart desires! The Gulf-View Retreat features the entire second floor level with a split plan with the master bedroom featuring a queen size bed and an attached bathroom. On the other side are two bedrooms (one has a queen size bed and the other 2 twins) sharing one bath. There is an additional pull out sofa in the family room. Each bedroom has plenty of closet space to fit all your belongings. Granite countertops throughout the unit put luxury at your fingertips. Along with a fully stocked library, you will find toys and games for children in our dining room cabinet. Beach toys for the kids are available in our outdoor storage box. Other amenities to perfect your stay include: Inside laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, Wireless Internet service, cable on any of the 3 high definition flat screen TVs, open decks and a third floor Crow's Nest balcony make enjoying the sunsets of Anna Maria Island an incredible experience.
The Gulf-View Retreat is the independent second floor of the home, while the first floor can be rented separately through the Pool-Side Retreat listing (http://www.vrbo.com/614098 or vrbo #614098). Both floors can be combined for family retreats or multiple family vacations if you contact us! There are some 'common' areas such as the pool, yard, fire-pit and 3rd story 'Crow's Nest' deck. However, each unit is a completely self-sustaining, independent unit with its own BBQ, patio furniture and entry ways.
